The Archdiocese of Cincinnati Catholic Schools have a varied schedule of events occurring throughout the school year. These activities include open houses and other special events.

Testing Information

Iowa Test

Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) is the assessment that the Catholic Schools Office uses for grades 3-7 and the CoGat is given in grades 2 and 5. All ITBS will be given in the Spring (March 18 - April 18).

Ohio Achievement Assessment

Students on EdCoice Vouchers must take the Ohio Achievement Assessment (OAA).
3rd Grade will take a reading test in the Fall.p>

High School Placement Tests
High school placement tests are regularly conducted throughout the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. These standardized tests measure a student's academic achievement. View example tests.

To confirm the placement test date, please contact the school of your choice.

Where should a student take a high school placement test?
It is important for students to take the placement test at the school where they wish to enroll in the fall. Contact your preferred high school for further information.
