St Gabriel Consolidated School is recognized as a 2010 Blue Ribbon School of excellence by the United States Department of Education-one of fifty private schools selected nationwide in 2010. Our school offers a rigorous curriculum which includes a Spanish class one day a week for all students in K-8, Eighth grade Algebra, and weekly classes in computers. We also offer an after school latchkey program along with a daily hot lunch program. Our school is a consolidated school made up of students from four parishes-St Maximilian Kolbe, St John-West Chester, St Matthias and St Gabriel. In addition to our parish students, we invite non-parish students as well provided room is available.

The school was opened in 1866. In 1931, St. Gabriel graduated its first high school class. With the opening of Princeton High School in 1958, St. Gabriel closed its high school. In 1982 St. Gabriel started Kindergarten. In 1993 St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Matthias, St. Martin de Porres, St. John and St. Gabriel reached a consolidation agreement which officially made St. Gabriel Elementary School their parish school.
