Please complete the questionnaire below to be entered in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Catholic Schools’ “Free Tuition for a Year” Giveaway.

The contest will run from November 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006, with the drawing set for July 1, 2006. The winner will receive free tuition for the 2006-2007 school year to the Catholic elementary or secondary school of his or her choice in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
